Job summary

CHI is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Hot Springs, AR, to help patients rebuild or maintain physical wellbeing and improve quality of life. You will perform evaluations, develop care plans, and provide diverse treatments while meeting productivity standards and collaborating with the care team.

Responsibilities include documenting findings, coordinating tests, and continuously evaluating progress.

Qualifications

• Six-month internship as part of Physical Therapy School Entry Level Masters program.
• One-year internship as part of DPT program.
• Two years of experience with leadership to act as area supervisor or weekend supervisor.
• AR license as Physical Therapist upon hire.
• Basic Life Support – CPR upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluation/assessment using clinical judgment.
• Accurately document and interpret findings.
• Coordinate objective test procedures and patient history.
• Understand impact of patient records on treatment outcomes.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing so they can function at their best level, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.

Every day you will perform initial evaluations, develop and update individualized plans of care, and provide a variety of direct treatments. You will be expected to consistently meet patient care productivity standards, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families, and promote a positive customer service environment.

• Perform evaluation/assessment using critical judgment and clinical decision making.
• Accurately document and interpret findings from evaluation/assessment.
• Coordinate objective test procedures, patient history and subjective information.
• Understand the importance of physiologic and social information provided in the patient's record and its impact on treatment and expected outcomes.
• Provide ongoing evaluation/assessment.

Job Requirements

• Six‑month internship which is part of Physical Therapy School Entry Level Masters program or
• One‑year internship which is part of DPT program and
• Two years of experience and demonstrated leadership to act as area supervisor or weekend supervisor.
• Physical Therapist: AR, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $35.53 – $52.85 per hour.

$15,000 sign‑on bonus to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Referral incentives and relocation assistance are also offered.
