Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy in Hicksville, NY is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The role offers full-time hours (40/week) with competitive base salary and total compensation, plus new incentives and loan repayment options.

Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000

Total Compensation: $95,000-$120,000

(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.
