Job summary

BrightStar Care Amarillo is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide personalized home health care in Hereford, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver PT services in patients’ homes to improve mobility and daily function.

Requirements: active Texas PT license, at least 1 year of PT experience, current BLS/CPR, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas PT license.
• Minimum of 1 year PT experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own device and reliable internet connection for scheduling/charting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide PT services in patients’ homes.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and daily function.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other health professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

• Hereford, TX and areas within a 30-mile radius

What You’ll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas PT license

• At least 1 year of PT experience

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits

• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working independently
