Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 90-bed facility in North Carolina. The role involves conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, and guiding patients toward improved mobility and function.

The position requires a PT degree with licensure, 1–2 years of healthcare experience, and strong communication skills. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Flexible schedule, 35 hours/week, weekday shifts, no weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on proper techniques and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and implement new techniques.
