This full-time float position is open to Physical Therapists of all experience levels, including new graduates. Physical Therapist – Hillcrest Healthcare Center (Full Time Float Position)

Location: Between Hawardow and Cherokee, IA.

Employment Type: Full Time Float Position with PRN/Per Diem flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, and develop appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, wound care, etc.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services per regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

IA Licensed Physical Therapist.

Position open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New graduates welcome.
