At The Therapy Institute (TTI), we are:

• Therapist-Owned and Operated– TTI is privately owned by two practicing physical therapists who lead by example and work alongside you in the clinic every day. We value quality care and make mentorship and collaboration a top priority.
• Performance-Oriented– Our team specializes in blending traditional therapy with fitness and performance training. Current programs include golf fitness, pickleball performance, sprint/agility coaching, and throwing mechanics. We’re excited to bring on a like-minded therapist eager to grow these programs and introduce new ones!
• Community-Centered– With roots in Haslett since 1989, we are a trusted name in the community. Our single-location clinic offers a welcoming, relaxed environment with a loyal patient base and exciting growth in sports and fitness programming.

Your Role

• Treat a diverse caseload, including common orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehab, and athletes from local schools.
• Collaborate with our team to expand sports rehab and fitness programs, including group classes, personal training, and specialty fitness coaching.
• Bring your unique passions and specialties to the table – got a special interest in a sport or fitness niche? Let’s run with it.
