You will collaborate with physicians and therapy staff, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough documentation while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall functional performance
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
