LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting. You will review patient histories, diagnose movement issues, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and prevent injury.

Responsibilities include using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment, documenting progress, and educating patients and families about the recovery process.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1+ year outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new graduates encouraged
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Collaborative, service-oriented environment
