Job description

We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, build strength, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, function, and overall movement quality
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional rehabilitation
  • Provide patient education on injury prevention, body mechanics, activity modification, and home exercise programs
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient goals, physician protocols, and clinical outcomes
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and clinical staff to support quality patient care
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient treatment environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Texas PT license
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Preferred Experience:
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience
  • Experience with post-operative rehabilitation
  • Experience treating sports injuries, joint replacements, spine conditions, and general orthopedic cases
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Manual therapy or advanced orthopedic training is a plus
