Job summary

Total Rehab – Orthopedic & Sports Specialists in Grinnell and Sully, IA is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedics team. You will provide evidence-based care with autonomy, develop individualized plans of care, and build strong patient relationships in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited PT program with Iowa licensure or eligibility, strong communication skills, and a passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Total Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Grinnell or Sully team to join our independent, therapist-owned outpatient practice. We are looking for a clinician who values autonomy, excellent patient care, continued learning, and being part of a collaborative team. At Total Rehab, physical therapists are trusted to use their clinical judgment, develop individualized plans of care, and build meaningful relationships with their patients.

Our patient population includes orthopedic, sports, post-operative, active adult, and work-related conditions.
