We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Iowa. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to support patient recovery.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies, payer requirements, and Iowa state regulations.
Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Iowa Physical Therapist license issued by the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy, or eligibility for Iowa licensure.
Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
