Rehabilitation Center of Independence is seeking a Physical Therapist to design and implement therapy programs that help residents regain mobility and improve quality of life. This role offers FT, PT, and PRN options to fit your schedule and includes full benefits.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligible to sit for boards.
• New grads welcome; experience preferred but the employer is willing to invest in new grads.

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
