Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools.

• Establish measurable goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to physicians and family members.
• Recommend and assist in obtaining adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation for evaluation, treatment, and billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
• Participate in staff development programs and continuing education.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• Weekly Pay Package
• Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $1,243.34
• Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $1,680.00
• Weekly Gross $2,923.34

License Requirement: Active PT license

Productivity Requirement: Minimum of 30 visits per week

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.43 per mile

Counties Covered: Mesa County, Garfield County

• Recommend and assist in obtaining adaptive equipment to improve patient function.
• Maintain accurate documentation for evaluation, treatment, and billing per company, state, and federal requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, HIPAA, compliance programs, and professional practice standards.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care activities.
• Participate in staff development programs, meetings, and continuing education to maintain clinical skills.
