Job summary

Glenwood Medical Associates is seeking a full-time physical therapist in Colorado to evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans. You will implement care and work closely with family medicine providers to ensure seamless, high-quality outcomes for every patient.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with an active Colorado license, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexible hours and a commitment to patient care are valued.

Glenwood Medical Associates seeks a full‑time physical therapist to join our family of providers. As part of the physical therapy team, you’ll perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, designing and implementing a treatment plan of care tailored to each patient. You are a valuable member of our patient’s care team where you can collaborate as necessary with our family medicine providers, ensuring each patient receives the care necessary to live well.
