Responsibilities

• Reassess patients and modify treatment plans based on progress.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate treatment activities to the Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.

• Education: Graduate of a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 3 years as a physical therapist.
  • Experience providing direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Experience evaluating musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions preferred.
• License/Certification:
  • Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by any U.S. state or territory.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross).
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
