Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA/CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical PT experience within the last 3 years.
• Current, full, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and positive health behaviors
• Document treatment, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
