Spineandsportsmed is seeking Physical Therapists across New Jersey as part of our continued expansion. The role involves evaluating and treating patients while developing customized rehabilitation plans in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver exceptional evidence‑based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License required
