Job summary

H2 Health's Fort Myers outpatient clinic seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care for orthopedic, neuro, and post-surgical patients. You will build relationships, manage a ~50-visit caseload with AI-assisted tools, and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

Whether you prefer to maintain a general caseload or specialize in areas such as orthopedics (including pre and post-operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, or concussion care, we make it possible.

Your Role
