Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain mobility and well-being. You will evaluate referrals and develop PT treatment programs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive benefits including health, dental & vision, a vehicle allowance, on-call pay, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
