Angels Care Home Health in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. You will develop PT treatment programs based on referrals and evaluations and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

Ideal candidates hold an active Physical Therapist license and CPR/Hepatitis vaccination status; two years of PT experience is preferred; DME knowledge is advantageous.
