Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain well-being. You will plan, organize, and conduct physical therapy treatment programs based on referrals and evaluations, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
