Job summary

The Fayetteville Center for Nursing and Healing is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to plan and administer prescribed therapy programs for residents, aiming to restore function and relieve pain. The PT will supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring quality patient care.

The role may include instructing the clinical portion of training for PT and PTA students, with preference for candidates who have prior long-term care/skilled nursing home experience.

Qualifications

• Plans and administers a prescribed physical therapy treatment program for residents to restore function and relieve pain.
• Supervises the physical therapy assistants and aides.
• May instruct the clinical portion of training for PT and PTA students. Prior long term care/skilled nursing home experience preferred.

The Physical Therapist (PT) also supervises the physical therapy assistants and aides. May instruct clinical portion of training for students participating in PT and PTA programs. Would like previous long term care/skilled nursing home experience.
