Job summary

The Springs of Fairfield Bay in Fairfield Bay, AR is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

In this flexible, as-needed role, you’ll supervise PTAs, monitor progress, educate residents and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, patient-centered care in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arkansas.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
