Job summary

The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our experienced rehabilitation team in Fairfield Bay, AR. In this flexible, as-needed role, you’ll design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain strength, restore mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.

You will evaluate residents, provide direct physical therapy services, supervise PTAs, monitor progress, and educate residents and caregivers

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arkansas.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
