Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply
• Graduate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

• Screening patients
• Performing evaluations and developing treatment and discharge plans
• Documenting patient progress
• Overseeing Physical Therapist Assistant(s)
• Developing and implementing new programs and techniques to enhance services
• Conducting patient and family education
• Delivering quality physical therapy services
• Prioritizing patient service
• Maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit
• Note: Only new graduates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) will be considered
