Description

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing ongoing treatments designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from an accredited college or university, or
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from an accredited college or university, or
• Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience
