Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is a salaried position.

Overview

Multiple Sign-On Bonus Options:

• $5,000 - 1 year work commitment
• $10,000 - 2 year work commitment
• $20,000 - 3 year work commitment

(Internal Mission Partners not eligible)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• State license in Physical Therapy or eligibility to test within 60 days, with licensure verifiable within one year of hire
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Valid state driver’s license

Other Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to evaluate patients' physical and functional status and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Strong documentation and communication skills
