Qualifications

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with various physical disabilities and injuries.
• Conduct evaluations, consultations, and interventions to promote optimal physical function and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure effective treatment and care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records software (EMR).

Responsibilities
