As a Physical Therapist, you play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and rebuild confidence following illness, injury, or surgery.   • Monitor progress, refine therapy plans, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices that promote independence.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient‑centered care and smooth transitions throughout recovery.
  • Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare’s values of excellence, compassion, and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Doctorate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
