Job summary

Cole Health in Cypress, TX is seeking a pediatric physical therapist to lead and grow the on‑site program. You will join an interdisciplinary team and help shape services at this location, initially as the sole PT with strong autonomy and collaboration with OT, Speech, and ABA.

The role offers two compensation models (hourly or pay‑per‑visit) and a family‑friendly schedule with evenings required and 25 hours per week, with potential growth to 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• 1+ year pediatric experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross‑discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish the pediatric PT program at Cypress, TX.
• Collaborate on on‑site team with OT, Speech, and ABA to improve outcomes.
