Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active California Therapist license.

• PSV and other required certifications/compliance documents as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Instruct and supervise therapeutic exercises and device use.
• Monitor progress and report changes to supervising PT.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to meet recovery goals.
• Follow facility policies and regulatory standards.

Shift Details:

• Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm (30)

Physical Therapist Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment and equipment.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support patient recovery goals.
• Follow all facility policies and applicable regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Physical Therapist
• A valid and current Therapist license issued by the State of CA
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
