Riverbend Physical Therapy, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Covington, LA. You will join a clinician-led team focused on patient-first care and ongoing mentorship, with AgileRPM documentation and a supportive growth pathway.

The role emphasizes individualized care, collaborative practice with PTAs and staff, and a commitment to long-term patient relationships within a values-driven clinic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
