Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, part of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a licensed-physical therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Costa Mesa, CA. You will evaluate patients, plan and execute individualized treatment, and educate patients on home programs.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with a dedicated team in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in Raintree.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home programs.

Salary: $84,000-$100,000/annually based on experience

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics servingOrange Countyand surrounding communities since 1992.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning:Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions:Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation:While using Raintree, maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Patient Education:Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Progress Monitoring:Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development:Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
