Job summary

Larchmont Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy for outpatient orthopedic care in the Los Angeles area.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and guide interventions, with documentation in Raintree and a focus on evidence-based care. This role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a PT.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Document patient progress and outcomes using Raintree.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Engage in continuing education for professional growth.

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000/annually depending on experience

Larchmont Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics since 1985, servingLarchmont Village/Hancock Park, convenient to the Downtown, Mid-Wilshire, Westside, Beverly Hills, and Valley area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: While using Raintree, maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
