Orthopedic One, Central Ohio’s trusted orthopedic practice, is expanding and seeking experienced outpatient Physical Therapists for our central Ohio clinics in Columbus.

Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials. Full-time employees may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, plus eligibility for quarterly productivity bonuses of $7,000–$9,000 after one year of service.

Salary: Experienced Physical Therapists who are offered a position at Orthopedic One will receive a salary commensurate with experience and relevant certifications. If employed full-time, employees will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and following one year of experience, eligibility for quarterly productivity bonuses, ranging from $7,000-$9,000 annually.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Evaluate and treat all patients referred for physical therapy in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinics with top-of-the-line equipment and modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers and other departments regarding evaluative findings and patient needs.
• Complete and submit all documentation and reports pertaining to patient evaluations and treatment plans.

Professional Qualifications Required:

• Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy
