Duties:

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical disorders or wound care, developing care plans that meet standards.
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments in line with regulations.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, supportive devices, and wound care.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Create comprehensive discharge summaries ensuring compliance with requirements.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates!
