Responsibilities

• Offering a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and relocation assistance for eligible new hires.
• Deliver quality therapy services to patients by performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and maximizing functional outcomes.
• Implement treatment programs, reassess results, and participate in outpatient settings.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards following the Texas State Board of Examiners for Physical Therapy guidelines.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team, including patients and significant others, in compliance with CommonSpirit and St. Joseph's mission, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the State of Texas.
• BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical principles and treatment skills.
• Critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay Range

$36.87 - $53.46 per hour.
