What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to post-acute and long-term care residents
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and families

• Knowledge of Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines
• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex patients
