Mayfield Brain & Spine is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for on-site roles in West Chester and Springboro, OH. The role focuses on evaluating patients with neurological and spine conditions, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and quality of life.
You will coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate patients and families on home programs.
While Mayfield is nationally recognized for brain and spine care, our physical therapists care for patients with a variety of therapy needs, diagnoses, and conditions. You won’t be limited to treating Mayfield surgical patients or focused on one type of diagnosis, allowing you to build a diverse caseload and use the full breadth of your clinical skills.
We believe exceptional outcomes start with meaningful therapist-patient relationships. That's why our therapists have the opportunity to provide more individualized, one-on-one care than is common in many therapy settings, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence, personalized treatment, and patient recovery.
Work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your work changes lives.
