Job summary

Role Description

The Physical Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chicago Area, with potential work at clinics in Oak Park and/or River Forest. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions across a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Daily responsibilities include performing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training, educating patients and families on home programs, and documenting care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting plans of care to support optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in Rehabilitation techniques and treatment planning to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including clear communication, empathy, and patient education.
• Experience or interest in providing Home Care guidance, including safe, effective home exercise and self-management strategies.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current or eligible state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Solid skills in clinical documentation, time management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site across multiple clinic locations in the Greater Chicago Area as needed.
• Prior outpatient orthopedics or sports therapy experience is preferred but not required.
