Job summary

Qualifications

Short Summary

Under the administrative direction of Rehab Services and Occupational Medicine, and the direct supervision of the Physical Therapy Supervisor. The Physical Therapist provides care appropriate to the age of children and adolescents (8-18 years); adults (19-60 years); geriatric adults (61 years to the end of life). Provides community education on physical therapy topics, and provides educational information to hospital personnel. The Physical Therapist works with Physical Therapist Assistants and other qualified department staff.

Must Haves:

• Physical Therapist (PT) qualification.
