Job summary

CENTRE PHYSICAL THERAPY in the Greater Chicago Area is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one interventions across musculoskeletal and neurological conditions at Oak Park, Riverside, and Lincoln Park clinics.

You will perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training, educate patients on home programs, and document care in line with professional standards while collaborating with other

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree and state licensure.
• Strong foundation in physical therapy and rehabilitation.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports therapy is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and functional training.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and home exercises.
• Document care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
