Qualifications

  • Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic exercises.

  • Experience in outpatient sports medicine is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sports medicine and orthopedic injuries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • State license in Illinois and CPR/First Aid certification.

Role Description

In this role, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across all levels of activity from student-athletes to active adults. You'll design and implement individualized, performance-based rehabilitation programs that go beyond recovery to optimize movement, strength, and resilience.

You’ll work in close partnership with physicians, athletic trainers, and local high school sports medicine teams to ensure seamless coordination of care from the field to the clinic. Our integrated approach emphasizes education, prevention, and community engagement, providing athletes and families with access to the highest standard of care.
