Fusion Sports Performance & Physical Therapy is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic and growing team. This role offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time employment and the opportunity to work in a high-performance environment focused on athlete development, injury prevention, and optimized recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for athletes and active individuals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of strength coaches, exercise physiologists, and sports performance specialists.
• Educate clients on injury prevention strategies and optimal movement patterns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certified.
• Dry Needling certified or willingness to become certified.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in sports physical therapy, performance rehab, or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
