  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Direct patient care alongside primary care providers and delegate appropriate exercise protocols to Exercise Physiologists to maximize recovery outcomes.

  • Outcome Tracking: Design and monitor measurable physical therapy metrics to track patient progress, evaluate program growth, and demonstrate clinical impact.

  • Re-evaluation & Adjustment: Continually measure patient outcomes, adjust care plans, and provide high-energy motivation and support through every stage of rehabilitation.

Clinic Operations & Maintenance:

  • Adhere to all Reserve Health protocols, infection control standards, and patient rights initiatives.

  • Partner with the Clinic Manager to optimize patient flow, ensuring efficient, high-quality visits.

  • Fulfill routine clinic environment responsibilities, including setting up, cleaning, restocking exam/testing areas, and maintaining/calibrating specialized therapy equipment.

  • Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).

  • Licensure: Active (or eligible for) North Carolina Physical Therapy License in good standing.

  • Experience: Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or working with tactical/first-responder populations is highly preferred.
