Role Description We actually are lookkng to hire for our Raleigh, Henderson and Wendell Falls locations! The Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons and clinical staff to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. The role involves guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, as well as educating patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-surgical care. The Physical Therapist will document assessments and progress in the medical record, collaborate with the care team to optimize treatment outcomes, and support continuity of care across clinic and home settings. This position requires consistent, professional communication with patients, caregivers, and referring providers in a fast-paced clinical environment.
