Job summary

Performance Optimal Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver orthopedic and post-op care within our holistic Four Pillars model. You’ll build evidence-based care plans, document in EMR, and collaborate across disciplines while mentoring peers.

Eligibility includes licensed PT (or eligibility) and a DPT from an accredited program. Experience in ortho/sports rehab is a plus; strong clinical reasoning and communication are essential. Competitive compensation and full benefits available.

What You’ll Do
