St. Charles Hospital, a proud member of Catholic Health, has served the residents of the Three Village area for over 110 years. It is renowned for its outstanding customer service and high-quality care, featuring centers of excellence in Maternal/Child services, Orthopedics, and Rehabilitation, along with various specialized services.
The outpatient rehabilitation therapist evaluates and provides therapeutic interventions for individuals with illnesses or injuries affecting mobility, daily activities, cognition, and vocation.
Education: Minimum Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy; DPT preferred.
Licensure/Certification: NY State license and registration or valid temporary license; BLS certification required by end of probation.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to evaluate and treat a range of conditions, work in a fast-paced environment, document accurately in EPIC, and communicate effectively.
Experience: Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
USD $43.00 - USD $61.00/hr. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience. Benefits, bonuses, and incentives are additional.
