Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for the Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas.

PTAs work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve physical and cognitive functions, enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities.

Pay Rate: $31-$34/hour (W-2), $35-$38/hour (1099)

Job Duties:

1. Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow the established Plan of Care for all patients.
2. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, including cases related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
3. Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.
