Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist / PT at Flagstar Rehab

Flagstar Nursing is seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) for Skilled Nursing Facilities across NYC and Long Island. We offer opportunities for direct employment or to be your own boss as an independent contractor, with assistance in setting up a corporation at no cost.

Hourly Pay Rate: $46 (W-2), $57 (1099)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PTAs daily.
• Provide therapy services for patients with conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR software.
